Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All items require 3-5 business days to handcraft.

1.The time frame mentioned above doesn't include production time and account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.

2.The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.

3.Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.

4.Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.

5.International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

Please note that the shipping address will be taken from PayPal. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we are unable to change the shipping method or address the order is shipped.

TRACKING AN ORDER

You'll receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. It will include your order’s tracking number and a direct link to your carrier's package-tracking site. This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. IMPORTANT

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us because of an address issue, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require a refund, please note that personalized items have a 30% restocking fee
