30-Days Return / Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes the product you receive may not exactly meet your expectations, or there may be some dissatisfaction. Therefore, to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, we offer a generous return and exchange policy.

Return and exchange policy:
Return and exchange time frame: You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. We want to give you ample time to ensure your purchase exactly meets your needs.

Return and exchange conditions:
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with labels and packaging intact.
Due to the special nature of customized products, we will only accept returns or exchanges due to quality problems or customization errors.
Please ensure that when returning items, the order number and your contact information are included in the package so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Return and exchange process:
Contact us: First, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and inform us of your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Return Confirmation: Our customer service team will confirm your return or exchange request based on the information you provide and guide you on the next steps.
Sending the item: Send the item back to us according to the guidelines we provide. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage unless the return or exchange is due to our error.
Processing Returns: Once we receive your return, we will process a refund or send a replacement as soon as possible after verifying the item's status. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation of orders within 24 hours is free. After this time, cancellations will incur a restocking/processing fee even if the order has not yet been shipped.
2. Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, which includes full shipping charges and 80% of the product purchase price.
3. Orders canceled within 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, which includes full shipping charges and 50% of the product purchase price.
4. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please understand that the personalized nature of customized products means that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.
We recommend using a trackable postage service to ensure the item returns to us safely.
